Nozzles. Using the attachments, the hand blender becomes practically a food processor. But choosing a blender just because it has more attachments is not a good idea. Stop at the one that has those attachments that you will definitely use. Usually, the most functional are the whisk, blender attachment, chopping knives and ice picks.

Power cord. Some models of blenders are designed to operate on a rechargeable battery. This allows you to choose any convenient place to work with it, even away from an electrical outlet. In addition, you can take such a blender with you to a picnic.
