Whipped cream is a great dessert. Of course, in any grocery store you can buy them ready-made, in a spray bottle, but all of them, as a rule, have a distinct "perfume" taste, and the composition indicated on the package does not inspire confidence. It is much more interesting and tastier to make whipped cream yourself.

- Heavy cream (33-35% fat) - 250 ml.
- Sugar or powdered sugar - 30 g.
- Wide bowl.
- Whisk or mixing bowl.
- Ingredients to taste: vanillin
- spices.
Instructions
Step 1
For whipping, use cream of at least 33% fat, as it is the fat that stabilizes the foam. Often the question arises of how to whip cream of 20% or 10% fat content - unfortunately, these will not whip on their own - you will have to use proteins, gelatin or another thickener, which is also possible, but then we will not get a pure product.
Step 2
Before whipping, cool the cream itself, as well as the bowl you will use, and the whisk for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, ideally 10 hours. in this case, more air enters the cream. But, of course, you will beat faster with a mixer. The use of a blender and cocktail bowls is not recommended.
Step 3
Pour the cream into a wide bowl and begin whisking.
Step 4
After you have partially whipped the cream and it has thickened, add the ingredients you need: sugar, vanillin, and so on. They should be introduced gradually so as not to lose volume. It is recommended to use powdered sugar instead of sugar.
