Step 2

But, of course, you will beat faster with a mixer. The use of a blender and cocktail bowls is not recommended.

Step 3

Pour the cream into a wide bowl and begin whisking.

After you have partially whipped the cream and it has thickened, add the ingredients you need: sugar, vanillin, and so on. They should be introduced gradually so as not to lose volume. It is recommended to use powdered sugar instead of sugar.
