Whipped cream for so many people is the favorite cream in any cake or dessert. They are used not only for filling, but also for decorating various sweets. Whipped cream can be a dessert on its own when served in a bowl of berries. To decorate a cake with cream, you do not have to buy it from the store, especially when it is being prepared for children.
Instructions
Soak gelatin in cold and always boiled water. When it swells, drain the water, and heat the gelatin in a water bath until it dissolves.
Place the bowl of cream in a container of ice or ice water, so that the bottom of the bowl is cold.
Whisk with a mixer at low speed the cream with the icing sugar until the icing sugar dissolves.
At the very end, add the gelatin and beat until smooth. Refrigerate the finished whipped cream prior to use.
Do not use 22% cream, as they cannot be whipped to a strong foam, they will still be liquid. If you dare to add gelatin to such cream, you will not get a whipped cream cream, but a completely different dessert, that is, a creamy pannacotta. Don't go overboard with whipping as you risk getting plain butter instead of whipped cream.
If you want to add any flavor to the cream, add strong coffee to the cream at the rate of 2 tablespoons per 200 ml of cream, or raspberries at the rate of 100 g of fresh berries per 600 ml of cream.
In this case, it is not necessary to increase the amount of gelatin.
