Sausages "Diamond Hand", the recipe of which became known not so long ago, are quite tasty and fragrant. To their taste, they are somewhat reminiscent of the hot dogs that are popular today, only more harmless to both health and the wallet.
It is necessary
- Large sausages - 3 pcs.;
- Cream cheese - 0.1 kg;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 1 slice (without it);
- Mayonnaise - 1-2 tablespoons;
- Puff pastry - 1 kg;
- Yolk - 1 pc.;
- Greens (parsley, cilantro, dill …) - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the sausages, cut each into 2 halves. Remove the pulp from the middle, chop.
Step 2
Boil chicken eggs, peel, knead with your hands to small crumbs. Add garlic, chopped with a garlic press, grated cheese, well-washed and sorted herbs. Put the mixture in a plate with the sausage pulp. Mix everything well.
Step 3
Fill the sausages with the resulting minced meat. The sausage layer should be quite smooth, flush with the edges of the food product. After that, the sausage needs to be wrapped in a thin layer of puff pastry (preferably yeast) and greased on top with whipped egg yolk.
Step 4
Bake the resulting "sausage pies" in the oven preheated to 200-220 degrees Celsius. The approximate cooking time is 15 minutes.
Step 5
As soon as a golden brown crust appears, take it out and serve it along with any hot drink or compote. However, you can eat "Diamond Hand" sausages without anything. After all, they are not only very tasty, but also satisfying.
