A roll with salmon and cheese is the perfect snack for any festive table. It looks very nice, and the dish is really delicious. The components of the filling can be changed, something new can be added.

Step 1
Expand the lavash on the table. Try to buy exactly a large and thin pita bread, as it will turn out the best roll from it. Thick pita bread will not be suitable for these purposes at all, because it is difficult to roll up and the taste will not be the same.
Step 2
Brush the entire surface of the unrolled thin pita bread with melted cheese. Instead of cheese, you can use, for example, butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, all sorts of sauces - to your taste and discretion.
Step 3
Cut the salmon into small pieces with a sharp knife. Spread these pieces evenly over the entire surface of the pita bread. If there are any other products that you think would fit here, you can add them. For example, it can be cucumbers, carrots, olives, tomato slices.
Step 4
Gently roll the pita bread into a roll. Wrap the roll itself in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that it is thoroughly soaked. You can keep it in the refrigerator for longer, this will only make it tastier.
Step 5
After that, take out the roll and cut it into small pieces. Place the rolls on a flat dish. Place twigs of greenery around for beauty. This dish can be served as a light snack or with a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions.
