Chop the garlic with a knife or garlic press, put it in a saucer. Chop the onion and add to the garlic. Chop the cilantro finely. Rinse the mash thoroughly under the tap and leave it aside for a while. Fill a saucepan halfway with water and put on fire. When the water boils, add mung bean to it and cook for 1-2 minutes.
