If you haven't tried fried tofu before, then this recipe is for you! This salad perfectly combines mung bean sprouts with fried tofu, sesame seeds and spices. For a more satisfying salad option, it is recommended to add boiled rice to it.
It is necessary
- For the salad:
- - 200 g of tofu;
- - 150 g mung bean sprouts (mung bean sprouts);
- - 1 bunch of green salad;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of potato starch;
- - sesame seeds.
- For the sauce:
- - 1 onion;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of wine vinegar;
- - ground black and red pepper, ground coriander.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lettuce leaves, place on a paper towel, and leave to dry. Cut the tofu into cubes. Dip the sticks in potato starch, fry in a greased skillet. You can fry without oil and starch, but then you will not get a crispy crust.
Step 2
Take sprouted and peeled mung bean sprouts. For a salad, they need to be boiled in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, but they can also be added raw to salads - this way they turn out to be crispier, whiter in color.
Step 3
Now prepare the salad dressing. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, fry the chopped onions and chopped garlic until golden brown, then strain the oil, add to the soy sauce. Add wine vinegar, ground coriander, black and red peppers, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Combine mung bean sprouts, tofu cheese, lettuce. Pour the sauce over the top, sprinkle with sesame seeds, stir. Delicious, dietary, light and healthy salad with mung bean sprouts and fried tofu is ready. If you like the salad, next time try adding boiled rice to it - the salad will become more satisfying, it will not lose its taste, it will even acquire new shades.
