Bean sprouts combined with smoked chicken fillets give the salad a very unusual taste, garlic and ginger add spice. This salad can be enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or served as an appetizer.

- - smoked chicken fillet 200 g;
- - bean sprouts 150 g;
- - garlic 2 tooth;
- - sweet pepper 1 pc.;
- - ginger root 1 cm;
- - soy sauce 1 tbsp;
- - sesame oil 1 tbsp;
- - rice vinegar 1 tbsp;
- - lettuce leaves, sesame seeds - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lettuce leaves, let them dry and pick them into pieces in a bowl with your hands. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core. Cut the smoked fillet and bell peppers into strips.
Step 2
Peel the garlic. Grate ginger and garlic on a fine grater, mix with soy and rice vinegar.
Step 3
Preheat a skillet, add sesame oil and sauté the bean sprouts for about two minutes.
Step 4
Put the lettuce leaves on a dish, on top of the leaves put chopped fillets and peppers, fried bean sprouts, pour over the ginger and garlic sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the finished salad.
