Tomato soup with beans is a double dose of nutrients, elements and vitamins that a person needs so much. Just one bowl of fragrant tomato and bean soup can meet almost all human needs for essential nutrients. And for lovers of spicy food, you can advise adding chili pepper to such a soup.
It is necessary
- - 600 ml of meat broth;
- - 1 cup of beans;
- - 1 can of tomatoes in their own juice;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 chili pepper;
- - 250 g of smoked meat;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - bay leaf, a mixture of peppers, salt, ground cumin, cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the beans for 5 hours in cold water. Rinse, cover with fresh water and boil until soft.
Step 2
Peel the chili peppers and chop finely. Chop the garlic and onion too. Fry together in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cut the smoked meat into strips, add to the frying, mix, remove from the stove.
Step 4
Prepare the tomatoes. Use a blender to make tomato puree. Add the boiled beans, mix again until smooth, adding 100 ml of meat broth.
Step 5
Bring broth to a boil, add mashed potatoes, stir, bring to a boil again. Add smoked meat fry, salt, cook together for 5 minutes.

Then add cumin, pepper mixture, bay leaf. Add fresh herbs to plates before serving.
