To make the soup you will need:
Tomato paste
Beans (pre-soak for 12 hours) or canned
White wine - 100 ml
Vegetable broth (onions, carrots, herbs, tomato, celery, garlic)
Vermicelli
Frozen green peas
Pepper peas, bay leaf, salt, red pepper, dry garlic
How to cook
First, cook the vegetable broth. We put vegetables in cold salted water, put a saucepan on low heat. Throw in a handful of beans (if you have beans from a jar, then you don't need to use it yet). Bring to a boil, cook for 30 minutes. Don't forget to add sweet peas and bay leaves.
The broth is ready. We remove all the vegetables from there, set aside the carrots. Put a handful of green peas (always frozen) in a saucepan. It will be useful to us. Add pepper, tomato paste to the saucepan (about one or two tablespoons). If you have canned beans, add them now.
Cut the carrots into thin triangles and put them in the soup. We fall asleep a handful of noodles.
Cook the noodles until cooked.
The soup is ready.
What you need to remember
- Do not overdo it with noodles, otherwise it will swell and the soup will turn into porridge.
- A little juice from canned beans can be added to the soup for flavor
- The spice of the soup comes from the white wine
- If you do not have some ingredient for a vegetable broth, it's okay, the main thing is not to add potatoes, cabbage and beets, the rest is at your discretion
- You can cook with meat if desired. Wash a small piece of pork or chicken, and add to the pan along with the vegetables when cooking the broth.
