Canned fish pie

Prepare 200 ml of kefir, 2 eggs, 350-400 g of wheat flour, 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil, half a teaspoon of salt, the same amount of soda. Do not forget about 150 g of hard cheese, a can of mackerel or other fish to taste, canned in oil, 1 medium potato tuber, dill.

Sift the flour through a sieve, pour half of it into a deep container, mix with salt. Pour kefir into a plate, add soda to it, mix, add to flour. In this case, soda is extinguished with kefir, it becomes fluffy, foams a little. Add eggs, butter, beat everything with a whisk. Start slowly introducing the rest of the flour, do it gradually, stirring constantly. As a result, the dough should have a thick sour cream consistency.

Prepare the filling. Open a can of canned food, drain the oil, but not everything so that the fish is not completely dry, remove the bones, mash the meat with a fork. Grate the cheese, peel the potatoes, rinse, also grate, chop the dill. Mix all the ingredients, you get a wonderful minced meat for the pie.

Take out the baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, dust it with a little flour. Place half of the dough on top of it, place the filling evenly on top, then the remaining dough. Put in an oven heated to 200 ° C, bake for 30-45 minutes. When the top is browned, remove the baked goods from the oven, cool slightly and serve.

You can try making a pie using a different recipe. Take 300 g of flour, half a pack of margarine or butter, a glass of kefir. Also useful are 4 eggs, 3 pinches of baking powder, 300 g of trout or other fish, 2 onions, vegetable oil, salt.

Wash the fish under running water, cut, fry in oil, let it cool. Separate the bones and skin from the pulp, disassemble the meat into small pieces, mash with a fork. Cut the peeled onion into rings, fry until transparent. Boil 2 eggs, peel, cut. Mix all the filling components, pepper, salt.

Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and salt, put soft margarine or butter on it, rub everything with your hands until you get crumbs. Add eggs, kefir, mix with a spoon, and then beat with a mixer so that there are no lumps left. Take a split baking dish with high sides, grease with oil, spread the minced meat, cover with dough. Put everything in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
