- - 130 g of canned pink salmon;

- - 70 ml of lemon juice;

Step 1
It is better to take pasta for salad in the form of spirals of different colors, then this dish will have a very iridescent and appetizing appearance. Boil water, salt, add pasta and boil until tender. Then drain the water and cool the pasta.
Step 2
Wash the avocado, peel, cut into small pieces. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and avocado pieces in this mixture.
Step 3
Drain the liquid from the jar with canned pink salmon. Cut the fish small. Remove the pits from the olives, cut them into two halves.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes, chop finely. Put the avocado with olive oil and lemon juice in a salad bowl, add ready-made pasta, olives, pink salmon, tomatoes to it, salt and mix.
