A very interesting cold appetizer, for the preparation of which you will need the most ordinary crackers. It is good if they are not too salty and thin enough for better impregnation. You can lay out food for a snack either on a flat dish or in a deep dish. If you choose the second option, then it's not bad if the shape is transparent - in this case all layers will be visible.
It is necessary
- - 1 can of canned pink salmon
- - 100 g of hard cheese
- - 1 1/2 packs of thin unsweetened crackers
- - 5 boiled eggs
- - 1 large bunch of green onions
- - mayonnaise
Instructions
Step 1
Snack crackers can be used in either a round or square shape, as long as they are savory and not too tough (biscuits are not suitable). Place one layer of crackers on the bottom of the dish where you will be serving the snack.
Step 2
Chop the chicken proteins finely with a knife or mash with a fork, add mayonnaise, stir and lay evenly on top of the crackers.
Step 3
Place another layer of crackers on top of the whites.
Step 4
Put the canned fish on a plate and mash well with a fork. Place on top of a layer of crackers, flatten. Rinse green onions, dry, chop and sprinkle the fish with them.
Step 5
Place another layer of crackers on top of the onion.
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a medium grater, stir in a little mayonnaise. Put the mass on a layer of cookies.
Step 7
Put a layer of crackers on the cheese again, squeeze the drops of mayonnaise over the entire surface and use a spoon to distribute evenly over the crackers.
Step 8
Chop the yolks with a fork or grate. Sprinkle evenly over the dish.
Step 9
Place the snack platter in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak the layers. You can leave the dish in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 10
Use a knife to gently portion the appetizer before serving. Serve to the table.
