- - whole milk - 500 ml;
- - wheat flour - 120 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - vanilla beans - 1 pc.;
- - rum - 60 ml;
- - butter - 30 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Using a medium-sized saucepan, pour the whole milk into it. Uncover the vanilla bean, remove the seeds and add them to the milk. Put this mixture on fire. After bringing it to a boil, remove from the stove and set aside for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Combine wheat flour passed several times through a sieve with an ingredient such as granulated sugar. After breaking raw chicken eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. For the preparation of "Cannele" only the second is required. Introduce the yolks one by one to the dry sugar-flour mixture, and after each thoroughly mixing the mass.
Step 3
Next, add melted butter and rum to the main mass. After mixing everything thoroughly, add slightly cooled boiled milk to the resulting mixture. Thus, you should have a batter like pancakes. Beat it well, let it cool completely, then cover and put in the refrigerator. It must stay in it for at least 24 hours, that is, a day.
Step 4
After a day has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Pour it gently into the molds, filling them only two-thirds. In this form, send the future delicacy to the oven and bake at 230 degrees for 5 minutes. When this period of time has expired, reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and cook the baked goods for another 50 minutes. Cannele is ready!
