It is necessary

  • - eggplant 2 pcs.;
  • - minced beef 300 g;
  • - tomatoes 2 pcs.;
  • - onion 1 pc.;
  • - Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.;
  • - tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - hard cheese 200 g;
  • - oregano;
  • - mint;
  • - greens;
  • For the Bechamel sauce:
  • - butter 50 g;
  • - milk 2 glasses;
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • - wheat flour 2 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry the potatoes on both sides. Salt.

Step 2

Arrange the potatoes in a deep dish. Peel and chop the onion. Fry in the remaining oil.

Step 3

Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, add to the onion, fry for 2-3 minutes. Chop the tomatoes, add to the pan along with the minced meat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add mint, oregano, salt and tomato paste. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

At the end of braising, add chopped herbs. Place the minced meat on top of the potatoes. Cut the eggplants into slices, wash, dry. Then fry in olive oil for 15 minutes. Place the eggplant on top of the minced meat.

Step 5

Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour in it. Then pour in the milk. Cook over low heat until thickened. Then beat in an egg, salt and stir.

Step 6

Pour the prepared sauce over the eggplant. Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
