  • - goat cheese (hard) - 300 g;

  • - butter - 30 g;
  • - wheat flour (premium grade) - 1, 5 tablespoons;

Cooking a creamy moussaka sauce. In a saucepan, heat milk with a pinch of nutmeg. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the flour. Stir until smooth. Add the mixture to the warmed milk, stir until thick and remove from the stove. Let cool slightly and add two chicken yolks.

Step 4

We form a moussaka. Put the potatoes in the first layer in the mold and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then we spread the eggplants and cheese again. Put minced meat and fried vegetables on top. The last layer is potatoes. Pour the whole dish evenly with creamy sauce and sprinkle generously with cheese.

We send the moussaka to be baked in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees and bake until a golden crust appears.
