Spicy eggplants in Greek will be a good snack for any festive and everyday table. They attract with their bright appearance and enchanting aroma. It can be sweet and bitter peppers, onions, carrots, and herbs.

- - 10 cloves of garlic

Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve 20 grams of rock salt in warm boiling water.
Cut the eggplants into medium-sized slices and place in saline.
After 10 minutes, remove the circles from the water and put them under a press for 20 minutes to let the salt water glass.
Step 2
Sprinkle prepared eggplants with flour on both sides and fry using vegetable oil. The eggplants should be soft.
Step 3
Peel 10 medium garlic cloves and divide each into 4-5 pieces. Dip in hot oil and fry for 3 minutes, until the garlic becomes golden brown.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes in the microwave and steam for 2 minutes. Remove the skin from them, and cut the middle into medium cubes. Add to the pan, season with salt, add sugar and cook, covered, to simmer the mixture until the garlic becomes transparent.
Step 5
Put the fried eggplant mugs in one layer on a flat plate and pour over the prepared tomato and garlic sauce. Sprinkle with herbs.
