Linguini is a type of Italian pasta that resembles regular spaghetti, only in a more flattened shape. Bacon will make the linguine nourishing, and the shellfish will add originality to the dish.

- For four servings:
- - 32 pcs. shellfish;
- - 350 g of linguine paste;
- - 230 g of bacon;
- - 1/2 cup chopped parsley;
- - 1/4 cup lemon juice;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of garlic;
- - 2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the bacon into thin slices, fry in a heavy-bottomed skillet until crisp, place on a paper towel with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
Pour 2 tablespoons into the same skillet. tablespoons of water, put small shellfish, bring to a boil, cover, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mollusks should not be more than 4 cm wide. Those mollusks that have not opened after 10 minutes of heat treatment can be taken out and discarded.
Step 3
Boil water for pasta, boil them. Cook the linguine 1 minute less than indicated on the packaging. Cook in salted water.
Step 4
Heat olive oil in a clean skillet, add chopped garlic, red pepper, fry for 3 minutes. Pour in lemon juice at the end.
Step 5
Toss linguini with crispy bacon, chopped fresh parsley, add butter, pepper and garlic. Arrange the clams, serve immediately.
