  • - seafood cocktail - scallops, shrimps, octopus, squid
  • - 100 g cherry
  • - 100 g of pasta - linguini
  • - a clove of garlic
  • - 50 g of white wine
  • - 200 g fish broth
  • - basil
  • - salt
  • - pepper
  • - tomato sauce
  • - olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and cut the shrimp. Cut the octopus into circles. Peel the squid, cut into rings.

Step 2

Cut the scallops. Chop the garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Step 3

Dip the linguini in boiling salted water, cook until al dente. That is, the pasta should not have time to boil.

Step 4

Put prepared seafood in a frying pan preheated with oil. Add chopped garlic. Fry lightly.

Step 5

Pour in white wine, evaporate to leave the sour taste. Pour in fish broth. Add tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Throw the prepared pasta in a colander. Transfer the linguini to the skillet with the seafood and sauce. Tear off the leaves from the basil sprig.

Step 7

Add tomatoes and basil leaves to the pasta. Mix everything gently but thoroughly. Drizzle with olive oil.

Step 8

Transfer the seafood pasta to a plate. Decorate with basil leaves. The dish is ready!
