Linguini are long, narrow and flat pasta. They are cooked like spaghetti - without breaking. Linguini with seafood is one of the popular recipes for making "little tongues" - this is how the word "linguini" is translated from Italian.

- - 100 g cherry
- - 100 g of pasta - linguini
- - a clove of garlic
- - 50 g of white wine
- - 200 g fish broth
- - basil

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the shrimp. Cut the octopus into circles. Peel the squid, cut into rings.
Step 2
Cut the scallops. Chop the garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Dip the linguini in boiling salted water, cook until al dente. That is, the pasta should not have time to boil.
Step 4
Put prepared seafood in a frying pan preheated with oil. Add chopped garlic. Fry lightly.
Step 5
Pour in white wine, evaporate to leave the sour taste. Pour in fish broth. Add tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Throw the prepared pasta in a colander. Transfer the linguini to the skillet with the seafood and sauce. Tear off the leaves from the basil sprig.

Add tomatoes and basil leaves to the pasta. Mix everything gently but thoroughly. Drizzle with olive oil.
