  • - seafood cocktail (tiger shrimps, octopus, squid and scallops);
  • - garlic 1-2 cloves;
  • - linguini paste 100 g;
  • - fish broth 200 g;
  • -basil 5 g;
  • -white wine 50 g;
  • -salt and pepper (optional);
  • - tomato sauce 2-3 tbsp;
  • -olive oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel, rinse and cut the shrimp. Cut into octopus slices. Peel and cut the squid rings. Cut the scallops.

Step 2

Chop the garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.

Step 3

Put the linguini in boiling salted water and cook until al dente (when the pasta is ready, but still hard, since it has not had time to boil).

Step 4

Drizzle olive oil over a frying pan. Put chopped seafood on the hot side. Add garlic and fry lightly.

Step 5

Add white wine and evaporate to avoid sour taste.

Step 6

Pour in fish broth. Season with tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Drain the prepared pasta in a colander.

Step 8

Transfer the linguine to the seafood and sauce in the pan.

Step 9

Tear off the leaves from the basil. Add basil and cherry tomatoes to the linguine and stir. Add olive oil.

Step 10

Arrange the seafood pasta neatly and beautifully on a plate. Use basil leaves for decoration.
