Lasagna is a classic Italian dish made from layers of thin dough, sauce and filling. The latter can be minced meat, vegetables or various types of cheese. Lasagne is no less delicious with seafood.
It is necessary
- - 1 pack of lasagna sheets;
- - 400 g salmon fillet;
- - 300 g of boiled and frozen shrimp;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - a pinch of fresh basil and parsley;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 lemon;
- - salt and white pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost shrimp at room temperature and peel. Grind them together with salmon, cover with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. To do this, fry finely chopped garlic in olive oil, add peeled and chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Put the herbs in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Brush a baking dish with olive oil and lay the lasagna in layers: sheets of dough, marinated seafood and tomato sauce. Sprinkle the last layer with grated Parmesan.
Step 4
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve the finished lasagne hot. It will go especially well with dry white wine.
