Pasta is one of the most satisfying and healthy dishes. The main thing is to choose an excellent sauce and ingredients, then they will turn out to be incredibly tasty and even a festive decoration of the table. A very easy recipe for pasta with seafood in cream can be prepared by any person both in everyday life and on the occasion of a celebration.

- - 200 grams of durum wheat pasta
- - packaging of crab sticks
- - 100 grams of frozen shrimp
- - 100 grams of mussels frozen
- - 200-300 grams of squid
- - 200-300 ml cream 20%
- - 1 large onion
- - 1 small carrot
- - 50 grams of hard cheese
- - salt
- - pepper
- - seasoning for fish or seafood
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a large saucepan and bring it to a boil. Throw in the pasta, salt and cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Seafood, if frozen, must be defrosted. Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil and add squid, mussels and shrimp into it. Cook in boiling water for no more than 5-6 minutes. Then discard through a sieve and strain the broth from small particles.
Step 3
Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots. Start frying them in vegetable oil in a small saucepan or any other deep container. After they are half cooked, add chopped boiled squid, mussels and shrimp to the vegetables. Also chop the crab sticks into small pieces. Salt and pepper everything.
Step 4
When the onions and carrots stop crunching, pour the mixture in 100 ml of the broth where seafood and cream were cooked, add more salt and seasonings. Leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Just before switching off, sprinkle the sauce with grated cheese and stir.
Step 5
Put the boiled pasta on a plate, add the prepared seafood sauce on top with a spoon and sprinkle with a little dill.
