  • - 500 g fettuccine pasta;
  • - 300 g of peeled shrimp;
  • - 300 g frozen mussels;
  • - 250 g squid rings;
  • - 250 ml cream 20% fat;
  • - 150 g of octopus;
  • - 1 chicken breast;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • - pepper, a mixture of spices for seafood.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost seafood with boiling water - put seafood in a saucepan, fill completely with water.

Step 2

Butcher the chicken breast. Cut the meat into chunks. Pour olive oil into a saucepan, fry the chicken.

Step 3

Put water for the pasta, salt to taste, add olive oil to it. Boil the pasta over medium heat.

Step 4

Chop the onion, add to the chicken.

Step 5

Drain the seafood, add to the chicken, reduce heat, leave for 7 minutes. Pour in lemon juice, add pepper with spices, cover with cream. Stir, add soy sauce, which will add spice to the dish. If the sauce is very salty, add the cream.

Step 6

Send pasta and chicken to seafood, mix, simmer together for 5 minutes.
