The seafood served in the restaurant is easy to prepare at home. At the same time, you can experience all the delicate taste of sea mussels for yourself.
Try making spaghetti with clams, mussels, and tomatoes at home.

- -4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 medium cloves of garlic, chopped thinly
- -1/4 cup dry white wine
- -1 lb. freshly grated mussels
- -1 pound small grated clams
- -1 lb of spaghetti or long pasta of choice
- -2 cups ripe cherry tomatoes
- -1/2 teaspoon red chili
- -Salt and black pepper to taste
- -1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- -Cooked pasta (buy in the store according to your taste)
Instructions
Step 1
In a large, heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat until gently simmer. Add garlic and simmer, stirring occasionally, until aroma appears, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add wine and bring oil to a boil.
Step 2
Place the clams and mussels in a saucepan, cover and cook. Then, shake the clam pot slightly until all the shells are open. Transfer the resulting mixture to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator
Step 3
Start peeling the mussels: Remove the meat from the shell, leaving about a quarter of the clams and mussels in their shells for table decoration.
Step 4
In a large saucepan of salted water, bring the pasta to a boil. After boiling, cook according to package directions until cooked.
Step 5
While the pasta is boiling, put the tomatoes, chili in a separate saucepan and fry over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the tomatoes lose their familiar appearance. Then fry for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Step 6
Place the clams and mussels in a saucepan, it must be slightly heated.
Step 7
Drain the pasta, then put it back in the pot. Add seafood sauce and cook for a minute or two over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 8
Serve immediately in separate bowls, with clams and mussels as a side dish.
