Mango is an incredible fruit that gives the salad a pleasant sweet taste. Make your own mango salad and experience the exotic taste.

- For 4-6 servings:
- -1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- -1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
- -2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- -4 teaspoons granulated white sugar
- -4 teaspoons fish sauce
- -1 tablespoon vegetable oil (such as canola)
- -1/4 teaspoon chili sauce
- -2 large, ripe mangoes (not too soft), cut into thin slices
- -1 sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
- -1 cup thinly sliced red onions
- -1/3 cup toasted cashews or peanuts
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine coriander, mint, lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, oil, and chili sauce. Stir until smooth.
Step 2
Add the mango, red pepper and onion to the ingredients from step 1. Do not stir, but lightly scatter over the top.
Step 3
Sprinkle toasted nuts and herbs on your salad before serving. The mango salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
