  • - 200 g turkey fillet
  • - 200 g frozen peeled shrimp
  • - 100 g ripe mango
  • - 1 small onion
  • - vegetable oil for deep fat
  • - a bunch of green salad
  • - 2 tsp Sahara
  • - 6 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • - 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • - 2 tsp light soy sauce
  • - 6-7 drops of Tabasco sauce
  • - salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the turkey fillet. To do this, rinse the fillets with running water and place them in a saucepan. Pour in water so that it covers the meat by 2-3 centimeters. After boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook fillets for 40 minutes. Cool the boiled fillet and cut into thin slices. Drain the water from the pan.

Step 2

The shrimp must first be thawed and rinsed with cold water, then patted dry with a paper towel and placed in a deep-frying rack. Pour vegetable oil into a clean saucepan, close the lid and wait for the oil to heat up. Open the lid and deep-fry the shrimp rack. Fry the shrimp until golden brown. Place the wire rack on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Step 3

Now you can prepare the dressing. To do this, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, sugar and Tabasco sauce in a separate bowl. Add the onion, cut into thin half rings, and leave for half an hour.

Step 4

Line the bottom of the salad bowl with green lettuce leaves. Top with turkey, then shrimp, onion and mango, cut into small pieces. Top up with dressing. This salad can be prepared with chicken white meat instead of turkey fillet, and can also be replaced with pineapple.
