Vegetable salad with shrimps and mozzarella with an original sauce will be a great cold appetizer. The salad is incredibly healthy and delicious. The specified amount of food is enough for 4 servings.
It is necessary
- - quail eggs - 5 pcs.;
- - shrimp - 300 g;
- - cucumbers - 2 pcs.;
- - cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
- - salad leaves - 4 pcs.;
- - parsley greens - 30 g;
- - pitted olives - 10 pcs.;
- - mozzarella - 100 g;
- - seasoning oregano (oregano) - 1 tsp;
- - olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimps until tender. Peel off the shell. Hard-boiled quail eggs, peel. Cut each egg in half.
Step 2
Cut the cucumbers into cubes. Cut each cherry tomato into 4 pieces. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Remove coarse stems from parsley, chop finely. Cut olives into rings.
Step 3
Cut each mozzarella ball in two.
Step 4
Combine all prepared ingredients (eggs, shrimps, herbs, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives), salt, mix gently.
Step 5
Cooking the sauce. Whisk the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add ground pepper and oregano. Stir. The sauce is ready.
Step 6
Put a little of the prepared salad in a bowl, pour over the sauce.
