Saute is a dish prepared using a special technology. This technology consists in pre-frying the products included in the recipe. To prevent the ingredients from burning, you need to periodically shake the contents of the pan (do not stir with a spoon or spatula). Vegetable sauté is always healthy and tasty. For satiety, you can add shrimp and sausage to it; Tabasco sauce is perfect as a dressing.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 500 g of peeled boiled shrimp;
- - 230 g of homemade sausage;
- - 4 tomatoes;
- - 2 cups of white boiled rice;
- - 2 cups onions;
- - 1 cup chopped bell pepper and celery each;
- - olive oil, salt, black pepper, green onions, tabasco sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the sausage into rings, fry over medium heat in a little oil. The sausage should turn brown.
Step 2
Add chopped onions, peppers, celery to the sausage, fry together for 5 minutes. Do not stir the ingredients, just shake the pan.
Step 3
Add boiled shrimp to the skillet. You can add coarsely chopped garlic for flavor.
Step 4
Saute for 3 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
Step 5
Then add boiled rice, chopped tomatoes, cook for another 4 minutes.
Step 6
Season the finished dish to taste with Tabasco sauce or any other hot sauce of your choice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
