This light and unusual salad will delight all seafood lovers, as well as those who try to eat healthy food.
It is necessary
- - 200 g avocado;
- - 4 boiled eggs;
- - 620 g shrimp;
- - 310 g of boiled potatoes;
- - 400 g of boiled carrots;
- - half a glass of water;
- - 130 g sour cream;
- - lemon;
- - mayonnaise;
- - greens
- - 1 tbsp. gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the shrimp for 4 minutes, adding bay leaf, the necessary seasoning, peppercorns and salt to boiling water. Then cool and clean.
Step 2
Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package, cool.
Step 3
Mix equal parts of mayonnaise with sour cream, then add gelatin to them.
Step 4
Cover the salad bowl with cling film. Put in layers of shrimp, then finely chopped eggs, chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice avocado, chopped potatoes and carrots. Soak each layer in sufficient quantity with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and gelatin.
Step 5
Cool the salad in the refrigerator for 50 minutes.
Step 6
Turn the salad bowl over, transfer the prepared salad to a dish, remove the cling film and decorate as desired.
