It is necessary

  • - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • - 1 spoon of sesame oil;
  • - half a teaspoon each of dried ginger and white pepper;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 medium onion;
  • - salt and black pepper to taste;
  • - 450-500 g of medium-sized shrimp;
  • - 80 g of peas, corn and carrots (you can use frozen vegetables);
  • - a few feathers of green onions;
  • - 450-500 g of cooled boiled rice (or steamed).

Instructions

Step 1

In a small cup, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, dried ginger and white pepper. Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic, peel the shrimp, cut the green onion feathers into rings.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Fry shrimps on it for 2-3 minutes, salt and pepper, transfer to a plate.

Put onion and garlic in a pan, fry, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes - the onion should become translucent. Add corn, carrots and green peas, fry for 5 minutes to soften the vegetables.
