  • - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • - 1 teaspoon of spices
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt
  • - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • - 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • - 2 tablespoons flour
  • - 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt
  • - 120 ml tomato paste
  • - 1 liter of water

First, wash and dry the peppers. Next, cut out the stalks and remove the cores.

Wash the rice and boil it for 5 minutes. Then strain.

Cut vegetables into small pieces. Place them along with the ground beef in a bowl and sprinkle with spices. Then add rice, egg, parsley there and stir until smooth.
