The classic liver cake is a dish that is equally suitable as an appetizer, as a main course, and even as a dessert for some men. Fresh, airy, tender, festive liver cake is prepared according to a simple recipe, which housewives usually share in great secret.

- - egg - 2 pcs.,
- - flour - 100 g,
- - mayonnaise - 200 g,
- - dill - 1 bunch.,
- - garlic - 1 head,
- - sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l.

Step 1
Wash and peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater, chop the whole onion very finely. Fry vegetables in sunflower oil until slightly golden brown.

Soak the beef liver for 30 minutes in milk, grind in a blender or meat grinder, pre-cutting off the film, and mix with raw eggs, flour, salt, spices and 80 ml of water. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic into the mass.

For the liver cake filling, mix the mayonnaise with the remaining 4 crushed garlic cloves. Chop the dill finely.
