Aromatic, tasty and tender yeast dough cinnamon rolls. The dough is prepared simply and without unnecessary fuss, it turns out soft and does not stale.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - Warm milk 400 ml;
- - flour 700 g;
- - sugar 100 g;
- - dry yeast 2 tsp;
- - salt 1/3 tsp;
- - melted butter 100 g;
- For filling:
- - Sugar 100 g;
- - melted butter 50 g.
- - ground cinnamon.
- For sprinkling:
- - Plain, vanilla or cane sugar;
- - milk or egg.
Instructions
Step 1
In a separate container, mix warm milk, dry yeast, sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes. After the lapse of time, add oil, salt and gradually flour. The dough is kneaded first with a spoon, then with your hands, covered with cling film and removed for an hour in a warm place.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour on a silicone mat or other surface, transfer the dough, divide it into two equal parts. Roll out the dough into a layer of 5-7 mm, grease with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. For the filling, you can use coconut or poppy seeds. Roll up into a roll, cut into portions, transfer to a baking sheet, allow to rest under a towel for 20 minutes, so the buns will form and rise.
Step 3
The dough is greased with milk, sprinkled with sugar or other sprinkles, put into a preheated 180º oven for 20 - 30 minutes. Cover the finished buns with a tea towel for 20 minutes.
