- - Butter - 100 g;
- - Sugar - 150 g;
- - Cocoa powder - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the milk slightly - it should be warm, but not hot. Dissolve yeast and honey in it and leave for 15 minutes to bubble up the milk surface.
Step 2
Melt the butter and cool slightly. Beat it with a second teaspoon of honey and yolks. Sift the flour into a large bowl with salt, add the oil mixture and yeast there, and knead the dough. Then transfer it to a greased container, cover with a linen towel and leave to rise for an hour.
Step 3
In the meantime, let's deal with the filling, mixing softened butter with cocoa and sugar until smooth.
Step 4
We divide the approached dough into 2 parts, roll each into a thin layer, distribute the filling over it, roll it into a roll and form a pigtail, as in the picture.
Step 5
We line the baking sheet with baking paper, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We spread the pigtails on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
