It is necessary

  • - 500 grams of flour;
  • - three tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • - a bag of vanillin;
  • - a tablespoon of dry yeast;
  • - 250 ml of milk;
  • - 50 grams of butter;
  • - two eggs.
  • For filling:
  • - 100 grams of sugar;
  • - 50 ml of refined vegetable oil.
  • For lubrication:
  • - one egg.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the milk to a temperature of about 40 degrees, dissolve a tablespoon of sugar in it, add dry yeast and leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Melt the butter. Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar and salt, add the cooled melted butter to the mixture and stir (in no case do you mix beaten eggs with hot butter, otherwise they will curl). Pour milk with yeast into the prepared mass, mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Sift the flour two or three times (if you don't sift the flour, the buns will be less fluffy). Combine the flour with the previously prepared mixture and knead the dough in a bowl.

Step 4

Sprinkle flour on the work surface, put the dough on it and again, but more thoroughly, knead the dough so that it stops sticking to your hands.

Step 5

Transfer the finished dough to the bowl, cover it with a napkin on top and put it in a warm place for about two hours (during this time, the dough should triple in volume, if this has not happened, increase the stay of the dough in a warm place for another 30 minutes).

Step 6

Put the dough on the table, sprinkle it with flour in advance. Pinch off a small piece the size of a chicken egg from the dough, cover the rest of the dough with a napkin so as not to wind out. Lightly knead a piece of dough with your hands into a cake, grease one side of it with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, and roll into a roll. Roll the roll along the length so that you get a shell-shaped shape, then make a small incision in the middle of the shape and turn the dough to the sides. Make the rest of the buns in the same way.

Step 7

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put the buns on it. Leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes (to rise). Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees, grease the buns with a beaten egg and place them in the oven for 30 minutes.
