Hamburgers are a fast food product and are considered not very healthy, but nevertheless they are loved by both adults and children. What if you are worried about the quality of hamburgers in fast food establishments, but still want to try them? You can quickly and easily make burgers at home. This requires a minimum of ingredients and culinary skills.
It is necessary
- Minced beef - 500 g;
- Hamburger buns - 5-6 pcs.;
- Onions - 1 pc.;
- Cucumbers, fresh or pickled - 1-2 pcs.;
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.;
- Ketchup, mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Salt minced beef, pepper, mix. Form it into flat, round patties the size of a hamburger bun. Fry in sunflower oil on both sides for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Wash onions, peel, cut into circles and divide into rings.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into slices. Cut the hamburger buns in half.
Step 4
Layer on the bottom of the bun: cutlet, grease with mayonnaise, ketchup (to taste), a few onion rings, a tomato, a few slices of cucumber. Cover with the top of the bun.
