To enjoy the taste of a hamburger, you do not have to go to the United States, where this dish is very popular. You can cook them at home, according to their taste, no worse than in the states. This dish can be either a separate dish, as it is very satisfying, or an addition to something, for example, fries. The filling can be either meat (chicken, pork, beef) or fish.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- • Flour - 2 glasses
- • Milk - 1 cup
- • Water - 1 glass
- • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
- • Egg - 1 piece
- • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- • Granulated sugar - 1 tsp.
- • Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- • Sesame seeds for sprinkling - to taste
- For filling:
- • Meat or fish mince - 300 g
- • Eggs - 2 pcs.
- • Lettuce leaves - a couple of leaves
- • Mayonnaise - to taste
- • Ketchup - to taste
- • Cheese
- • Tomato - 1 piece
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a little water and milk, mix. Add sugar and yeast and stir until dissolved. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add salt, one egg, butter.
Step 3
Sift flour. Slowly pouring flour into the yeast mixture, knead the dough. The consistency of the dough should not be too thick or runny. Sticking of the dough to hands is allowed, buns from this dough will be fluffy and tender.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a saucepan (grease the bottom and walls with vegetable oil), cover with a lid, leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
Step 5
After 2 hours, put the dough on the table (grease it too). Grease your hands with butter and divide the dough into 8-9 parts (roll into small balls).
Step 6
Place the balls on a baking sheet with oiled baking paper and flatten them slightly. Bake in the oven at 200 C (preheat the oven). Then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown. Cover the finished buns with a napkin.
Step 7
Now you need to do the stuffing, namely the cutlets. Add salt, pepper to taste, egg to the minced meat. Breadcrumbs can be added if desired.
Step 8
Form round patties. Pour some oil into the pan and fry the cutlets until tender.
Step 9
Cut the buns lengthwise into 2 parts, coat with mayonnaise, put a lettuce, tomato, cutlet, ketchup (optional), a slice of cheese. Cover all this with the second part of the bun.
