It is necessary

  • - 500 g ground beef;
  • - 4 whole grain buns (can be substituted with burger buns);
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 4 gherkins;
  • - 1 teaspoon of grain mustard;
  • - 50 ml of beer;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream or low-fat yogurt;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Worcester sauce;
  • - ketchup;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the minced meat, as well as mustard. To make the minced meat juicy and appetizing, add about 50 ml of beer to it, the beer will give an absolutely wonderful flavor. Stir the minced meat with clean hands.

Step 2

Divide the minced meat into quarters and form into even, flat patties. Pour olive oil into a preheated skillet and place the cutlets. Cook over medium heat, about 7 minutes on each side.

Step 3

Place the buns in the oven, which is preheated to 130 degrees, for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Now we can go to the burger dressing. Mix sour cream or yogurt with Worcester sauce.

Step 5

Cut the ripe tomato into 4 thick slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Cut the gherkins lengthwise into thin slices.

Step 6

Cut the warmed buns in half. On the bottom of each bun, first place a tomato slice, then a ruddy cutlet, and on top a couple of gherkin slices and 1 teaspoon of dressing. Place some ketchup on top of the bun. Homemade burgers can be served with fresh vegetable salad.
