Pork and beef burger (recipe for 2 servings)
Pork and beef burger (recipe for 2 servings)

It is necessary

  • - burger bun - 2 pcs.;
  • - minced pork and beef - 300 g;
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - milk - 50 ml;
  • - tomato - 1 pc.;
  • - pickled cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • - lettuce leaf - 1-2 pcs.;
  • - cheese - 2 pieces;
  • - ketchup, adjika, mayonnaise, mustard;
  • - salt and spices in a cutlet (any, to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the onion very finely, mix with the minced meat. Then add milk, season the minced meat to taste with salt and spices. It can be any pepper, garlic, herbs, turmeric - in short, whatever you love. Not chop the whole onion, leave a couple of rings - they will go to the finished burger.

Step 2

Stir the minced meat very well with your hands until a strong lump begins to form. Then make 2 round cutlets from the mass and fry them on both sides until tender.

Step 3

Cut the bun into two parts and fry in the fat left over from the cutlets, slices down.

Step 4

Cut the tomato and cucumber into slices, tear the salad coarsely. Pickle the onion rings for a few minutes with a drop of vinegar. Or just pour boiling water over it. In this case, the taste of the onion will be more pronounced.

Step 5

Grease the bottom of the bun with the cut sauce, put a leaf of lettuce on top, and a cutlet on it. Also grease it with sauce, but with a different one. Top with cheese and vegetables in random order. Lightly grease the cut of the top bun with sauce and close the burger. He's almost ready.

Step 6

Now put the burgers back into the pan, cover with a plate on top. Install a press on it, for example, a saucepan of water. Put the pan on the slowest heat and heat everything together for 5-7 minutes.
