  • loaf or white dried bread - 200 grams;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 3 pcs.;
  • purified water or fresh milk - 1.5 cups;
  • salt, black pepper, spices - to taste.

Cooking process step by step

Cut the flesh of a loaf or bread into pieces and cover with water or milk at room temperature. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces; if you roll the minced meat yourself, it is better to pass the onion together with the meat through a meat grinder.

If desired, sauté the onions in butter until golden brown. In the rolled and mixed ground pork and beef, add lightly squeezed bread, onions and break the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix everything well.

Put the pan on the fire and pour the vegetable oil into it. Form buns-cutlets from the minced meat and place them in a preheated frying pan. Fry the patties under the lid until golden brown on all sides. If desired, after the end of frying, pour a little water into the pan and steam the cutlets for another 10 minutes.

You will need:

  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • dill, parsley - one bunch each;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • flour for breading.

Grind pork and beef in equal proportions in a meat grinder. Pour the pulp of white bread or loaf with slightly warm milk. Peel and finely chop the onions and all the greens.

Add bread to the minced meat, slightly squeezing it out of the milk, and chopped onions and greens. Add the egg to the mass, salt and pepper. Knead the minced meat thoroughly with your hands so that the cutlets get soft and juicy. If possible, beat the minced meat in a bowl.

  • hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • butter - 100 grams;
  • dried slices of white bread - 4 pcs.;
  • bread crumbs - 1 pack;
  • dill - 2 tablespoons;
  • flour for breading;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Step-by-step cooking process

First, prepare the filling for the cutlets. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, crush the softened butter with a fork, mix with the cheese. Add finely chopped dill to them.

Roll small oval balls from the resulting mass and put them to cool in the refrigerator while the minced meat is being prepared. Cut the slices of toasted bread into squares, cover them with cold water and leave until they become soft. Then drain the rest of the water.

Chop the peeled onion into small pieces. Prepare minced meat: grind beef and pork in a meat grinder. Combine all the meat, soaked bread, 1 egg and spices to taste in one bowl. You can add any spices you want to the mass. Mix everything well.

Divide the resulting minced meat into portions, approximately corresponding in volume to one cutlet. Wrap oval balls in each such part - a filling of prepared butter with herbs and cheese. Break the remaining 1 egg into a clean cup and shake; add flour and breadcrumbs to the other two bowls.

Before frying, roll the festive cutlets in stages: first in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs. Immediately place the rolled cutlet in a frying pan preheated with oil. Fry the patties over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Homemade pork and beef cutlets "Hercules"

This recipe uses oatmeal instead of an egg. The taste of the finished dish turns out to be quite interesting. In the absence of time, such unusual cutlets can be served even without a side dish.

You will need:

  • minced pork and beef - 1 kg;
  • oatmeal - 100-120 grams;
  • milk - 200-250 ml;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • flour or bread crumbs - 100 grams;
  • salt, ground pepper - to taste;
  • any greens - 1 bunch.

Cooking process step by step

Pour milk at room temperature into the prepared minced pork and beef. Add peeled and finely chopped onions there. Grind the oatmeal in a mixer until flour. Pour them into the minced meat, stir, add salt, pepper and chopped herbs.

Mix everything well, cover the finished minced meat with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. After that, form small cutlets from the minced meat, roll them in flour or breadcrumbs. Fry the patties until tender in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil on both sides.

After a golden brown crust appears on the cutlets, add 100 ml of water to the pan and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Serve hot.

You will need:

  • minced pork and beef - 1 kg;
  • round rice - 200 grams;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • flour for rolling.

Rinse the rice several times under running cold water. Put it in a saucepan, pour boiling water in the ratio of 2 cups of water to 1 cup of rice. Boil the rice until half cooked.

Add the garlic and onions, minced in a meat grinder, to the scrolled minced pork and beef. Stir the mass and add boiled and cooled rice, salt and ground pepper into it. Mix everything thoroughly and form into small patties.

Preheat a skillet and pour vegetable oil into it. Dip the formed cutlets in flour and place them to fry in a pan. Cook the dish over low heat for 7-10 minutes.
