What is Hawaiian pizza? Its main ingredients are pineapple and ham (or chicken). The pizza got this name because of the exotic fruit in its composition, but it has no other relation to Hawaii itself. After all, this dish is practically not cooked there, because it is not traditional.

  • - dry yeast 10 g
  • - vegetable oil 5 tbsp. spoons
  • - salt
  • For filling:
  • - ketchup 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • - canned pineapples 100 g
  • - ham 100 g
  • - hard cheese 100 g

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the milk a little, add yeast and sugar, mix well and remove the bowl with the ingredients in a warm place. This dough should rise in about 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Beat the eggs separately, add a little salt, vegetable oil, and then the finished dough, mix everything.

Step 3

Add flour into the mixture and knead the dough, which should not turn out to be steep.

Step 4

We remove the dough in a warm place, and after 30 minutes it will rise and you can continue cooking.

Step 5

Cut the ham into large strips, and grate the cheese.

Step 6

For pizza, you need canned pineapples that are cut into cubes.

Step 7

Roll out the finished dough as thin as possible. The ideal thickness for pizza is 3-4 mm.

Step 8

A baking dish (without high sides) grease a little with oil, lay the dough, which must be spread with tomato paste. Top with ham and pineapples.

Step 9

Sprinkle the pizza with cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
