  • canned pineapples - 200 grams,
  • ketchup - 5 tablespoons.

Step 1

Heat the milk in a small ladle to 35 degrees (to keep it warm) and pour it into a bowl. Dissolve yeast together with sugar in warm milk, leave to swell for 15 minutes.

Drive eggs into another bowl, add a little salt to them and beat until smooth.

Step 2

Add vegetable oil one spoon at a time and beat after each addition. Combine the yeast mixture with the egg mixture, stir. Add flour and knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Sprinkle flour on a bowl and transfer the dough into it. Cover the bowl with a regular kitchen towel and leave for 30 minutes.

Cooking the filling. Drain the liquid from canned pineapples. Cut the pineapples into small cubes. Three coarse cheese. Cut the ham into small cubes.
