  • butter - 60 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • onions - 1 pc;
  • milk - 0.5 cups;
  • mixed minced meat;
  • instant oatmeal - 1 glass;
  • seasoning for minced meat;
  • vegetable oil;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • salt and black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

To cook the burgers in the oven, break the eggs into a bowl, beat them with two forks, and then pour in the warm milk. Pour oatmeal into the mixture, stir and leave to stand for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Put garlic passed through a press and chopped onion into the prepared minced meat for cutlets. Season with pepper and salt, then add spices.

Next, mix the prepared minced meat with the swollen flakes in a bowl. Stir the cutlet mass thoroughly. You must prepare the cutlets. Then pour some oil into a broiler or small baking sheet.
