Cheese soup with minced meat is easy and quick to prepare. It turns out to be light due to its delicate texture, but at the same time satisfying. To prepare this dish, it is better to take minced chicken.

It is necessary

  • - 1.5 liters of vegetable broth;
  • - 250 g minced meat;
  • - 200 g of processed cheese;
  • - 5 potatoes;
  • - 1 onion, 1 carrot;
  • - dill, olive oil, spices, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes or strips, chop the onion. Carrots can be cut into thin strips, but it is easier to rub on a coarse grater. Rinse about half a bunch of fresh dill, shake off excess water, chop.

Step 2

Fry the minced meat for 5 minutes in a little olive oil, add the carrots and onions, simmer together for 5-7 minutes. Minced meat is suitable for any - pork, beef, chicken or mixture. But with minced chicken, the soup will turn out to be lighter, not so fatty.

Boil vegetable broth, add chopped potatoes to it. Next, send fried vegetables with minced meat to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.

Now add the processed cheese to the soup in small portions, stirring to dissolve completely. Season the cheese soup with minced meat to taste, spices are also added to taste - you can season the dish with herbs, dried garlic or ground pepper. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes, then let it brew under a closed lid for 5 minutes.
