Traditional soup with minced meat and mushrooms is perfect for a dinner table. It turns out a delicious and satisfying first course that will give strength and vigor for the whole working day.
It is necessary
- - carrots 2 pcs.;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - champignons 300 g;
- - minced meat 300 g;
- - potatoes 3 pcs.;
- - canned corn 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper;
- - Bay leaf;
- - vegetable oil;
- - sour cream or mayonnaise;
- - dill greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and grate the carrots. You can also cut the carrots into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Then fry the vegetables in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into slices or small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil. Also fry the minced meat separately in a skillet.
Step 3
Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Then place in boiling water. After 5 minutes, add the fried vegetables, mushrooms and minced meat. Cook the soup until the potatoes are done.
Step 4
At the end of cooking, season the soup with salt and pepper and add canned corn and bay leaves.
