An interesting variation of Tuscan minced meat soup will definitely take pride of place on the family menu. With such a dish, lunch will not only be delicious, but also very satisfying. The ingredients for this soup are usually found in the kitchen, and the result will exceed your expectations.
It is necessary
- • 0.5 kg of ground beef;
- • 8 medium potatoes;
- • 2 teaspoons of chopped paprika;
- • a little salt;
- • half a teaspoon of granulated sugar;
- • 1 onion;
- • ½ teaspoon black pepper (ground);
- • 4 cloves of garlic;
- • 250 ml of milk;
- • 2, 5 liters of filtered water;
- • 2 teaspoons of any dried herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the whole potatoes, wash, cut into cubes, rinse again to remove starch. Put all the potatoes in a saucepan in which the soup will be boiled, pour 2.5 liters of filtered cold water.
Step 2
Put the pot with potatoes on maximum heat, the water should boil, then reduce the heat and cook the potatoes until tender.
Step 3
Peel one clove of garlic and pass it through a garlic press (if there is none, then you can just grate it on a fine grater). Screw in the minced beef or completely defrost the previously made one, put it on a hot frying pan (do not forget to pour in a little oil for frying).
Step 4
Immediately pour paprika, black pepper, granulated sugar, dried herbs into the minced meat and season with salt. Add previously minced garlic clove. Stir the ingredients in a frying pan and fry until the minced meat is cooked. Stir the contents of the pan periodically during the frying process. As soon as the minced meat is cooked, transfer it to another bowl.
Step 5
Finely chop the remaining cloves of garlic. Do the same with the onion. Put the onion and garlic in a frying pan in which the minced meat was cooked, fry until golden brown.
Step 6
Meanwhile, potatoes were boiled in a pot of water. It needs to be kneaded a little with a crush directly in a saucepan. Pour freshly fried onions with garlic into the soup, boil for 5-6 minutes. Pour in a quarter liter of milk and bring the liquid in a saucepan to a boil.
Step 7
The broth has boiled, add the cooked minced meat there, boil the soup again, and then immediately turn off the heat of the stove. The soup is ready to eat right after cooking. Individually, a small amount of grated cheese can be added to the bowl with the ready-made soup.
