Kish Lauren is a French cuisine dish. This is an open pie. The filling can be different: with mushrooms and cheese, with smoked breast, with eggs, milk and cheese.
It is necessary
- - 400 g flour
- - 125 g margarine
- - 4 tbsp. l. sour cream
- - 500 g of champignons
- - 1 leek
- - 4 eggs
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - a pinch of nutmeg
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First sift the flour, then add the diced margarine and rub into the crumb with your hands.
Step 2
Add sour cream and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough. It should be firm and soft. Make a ball out of the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and place in a cold place for 1-1.30 hours.
Step 3
Then wash and peel the mushrooms. Cut into large slices. Wash the leeks, remove the upper dark green part. Chop finely.
Step 4
Take a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms, but so that the liquid does not evaporate. Then add the leeks and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Spread the dough evenly over the oiled baking dish and make a high rim. Cover the dough with parchment paper and add the peas. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Prepare the filling. Whisk the eggs, add a pinch of salt, nutmeg and pepper. Pour in sour cream and mix everything well. Grate the cheese. Add it to the egg and sour cream mixture and stir again.
Step 7
Remove the baked dough from the oven, carefully remove the peas and paper. Put mushrooms and onions on the dough and smooth over the surface.
Step 8
Sprinkle with cheese on top and smooth. Place the pan in the oven and bake until the pie is cooked through, about 30-40 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the finished cake from the oven, cover with a towel and leave to cool. Cut into pieces and serve warm or cold.
