Pour in 300 ml of milk, salt and pepper to taste and simmer under the lid for another 3 minutes. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and put them on the bottom of a pre-greased form. Cover it with 800 g of catfish fillet on top. Pour the cooked sauce over the fish and potatoes and put in an oven preheated to 220⁰C for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before being ready, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese in the amount of 100 g.

To cook carp baked in foil with vegetables, it is necessary to clean the fish from entrails and scales, rinse and dry with a towel. The marinade will add the necessary aroma and juiciness to the dish. To do this, pour 50 ml of olive oil into a small bowl, add a mixture of peppers, a clove of garlic passed through a garlic press, salt to taste, a pinch of thyme and coriander. Mix everything well and rub the fish with the resulting composition. Put a few slices of lemon on a prepared sheet of foil, and then carp, decorating with sprigs of dill. Cover the fish with another sheet of foil, wrap the edges and place in an oven preheated to 180⁰C for 40-50 minutes. Serve with avocado and tomato sauce.

Cut into portions, rub with salt to taste and drizzle with lemon juice. While the trout is soaked in juice, cut one onion into half rings.
