Homemade delicious meat pie takes pride of place in Irina Allegrova's recipe catalog.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 liters of milk;
- - 200 g butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 100 g of yeast;
- - 2 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 700-800 g of beef;
- - bulb onions;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
- - 4 glasses of flour;
Instructions
Step 1
Grind a pack of butter into milk in small parts, add the hammered egg, diluted yeast, mix and add sugar, salt and flour.
Step 2
Knead the dough quickly so that the pieces of butter remain. Sprinkle it with flour, put it in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours (you can overnight).
Step 3
Prepare the filling: boil the beef, fry it, add a lot of onions (1: 1). Pass everything through a meat grinder, season with black pepper and salt.
Step 4
Knead the finished dough again. Dividing it into 2 parts, roll it into round layers. After lubricating the mold with vegetable oil, lay one layer of dough, lay out the filling and cover with a second layer on top.
Step 5
Form a traditional pie by pinching the edges. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
