Hawaiian mix is a great option for a quick yet healthy side dish. However, it can also be used as an assistant in the preparation of other varied and delicious dishes.
Chicken pie
A madly simple, but satisfying and rich in taste dish that anyone can cook. To prepare it, you will need: 800 grams of minced chicken, 3-4 cloves of garlic, 50 grams of oatmeal, 100 milliliters of milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 400 grams of Hawaiian mixture, 150 grams of hard cheese, mayonnaise and spices.
First you need to pour milk over the oatmeal and let it stand for 10 minutes, then mix the minced chicken, 1 egg, cereal with milk, chopped garlic and a little salt and pepper. Lubricate the dish you are going to bake in with a little oil and pour the mixture into it. Now you can prepare the pie filling. To do this, place the Hawaiian mixture from the bag into a bowl and add a little spice to your taste.
Prepare the pie mixture: Whisk together 1 egg, about 50 milliliters of milk and sour cream. Also add some sugar and salt here and whisk again. Put the Hawaiian mixture on the minced chicken into the mold, and pour over everything with the previously prepared filling on top. Now grate the cheese on a coarse grater and cover the surface of the pie with it. In an oven preheated to 180 ° C, bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Once the pie is ready, place it on a lettuce leaf or garnish as you wish.
Tuna soup
As it turns out, Hawaiian blend can be used not only for preparing main courses and side dishes, but also as an ingredient for first courses. Like for this quirky tuna soup with Hawaiian mix.
For him, take: 1 can of canned tuna, 4 potatoes, 400 grams of Hawaiian mixture, 1 onion, half a liter of tomato juice, 60 grams of vegetable oil, herbs, bay leaf, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of hops-suneli, 1-2 teaspoons of sugar and a little salt.
Start your soup by cutting the potatoes into cubes, placing them in a saucepan, pouring boiling water over them and bringing them to a boil. After the water in the pan boils, put a bay leaf in it, add a little salt and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat. Then add the Hawaiian mixture to the pot and wait for the water to boil again, then another 10 minutes. Fry the finely chopped onion in a frying pan with vegetable oil, then pour the tomato juice into it and cook for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and add a little sugar to the skillet. In the meantime, remove the bay leaf from the soup pot and add the tuna, divided into pieces, into it. Send the tomato dressing, hop-suneli there and bring the soup to a boil again. You can also add a little greens and garlic, passed through a press, to the soup at the end of cooking. When the soup boils and is ready, leave it to infuse for 10-15 minutes and can be served.
